The Capital Planning and Operations Team (formally “Facilities Management”) is dedicated to building a better University of New Brunswick.

UNB is blessed with some striking architecture dating back more than two centuries. We are committed to preserving our architectural heritage while seeking ways to make our buildings energy efficient and accessible. We manage new projects to match the expectations of our community.
